It's hit and miss when turning in books. Went twice. They back haired lady with several piercings gave me the impression she didn't have the patience to explain the turn in process. The second trip we received a different employee and the turn in was smoother. Be careful when turning in your receipts to get the credit on your account. We almost lost $40 in credit due to the team rushing. We double checked and caught the issue.
Great place for entertainment shopping! Definitely worth checking out!!
