HOPE TURNED TO A NIGHTMARE!!!! I’ve never experienced so many incompetent people in one place. The office staff is rude and couldn’t be more unhelpful. They cancelled my appt on me twice. Then beth no showed for an appt. Amber the “manager” hung up on me. I’ve completed their intake paperwork at least 6 times and somehow they’ve lost it each time. I’ve attempted to schedule my first appt to this place for over 3 months now with no success. They don’t care. Go somewhere else. Supposed to help mental health not cause it.
Not understanding why this clinics doctor is not returning my phone calls regarding my wife's mental health and prescription... You should know that I have her best interest in mind and be able to see and hear that you can't work solely on her word
Terrible representation of the company, I hope they hire new people for this location. Except the doctor he's awesome, but he kind of doesn't really know what to do when ish hits the fan. The office manager, and the person that takes your blood pressure they don't know what they're doing. Not. One. Bit.
Tried to get my son tested for ADHD here. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and when I finally got him in the front office lady was extremely rude. Because I had 2 insurances she freaked out and refused to see him. I called the insurance while there and confirmed with them which is primary and she still did not care. She refused to see my son for no logical reason. Made no sense at all. The insurance person even told me to find another place because they have no idea how to do their job.
