I’ve been a member since November 2023, and joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and fitness. Since starting, I’ve lost 50 pounds and gained an incredible amount of muscle, strength, conditioning, and confidence. My experience at 2nd chance fitness has always been amazing and what keeps us motivated other than the environment created by the coaches, are the challenges that they create to keep us moving, become competitive within our selves and most importantly challenge us to become better.
