Their purchasing process was unfortunately very disorganized. I drove over an hour to meet them to sell some clothing after being given a specific time window for drop-off, but no one showed up at their own store. I gave this store two chances and left disappointed both times. The first visit was with my husband, and the second with my son and the experience was the same. We were followed upstairs by an employee who pretended to fold clothes, while other customers downstairs weren’t being attended to at all. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, every item we asked about was quickly shut down with “that’s not for sale, it belongs to the owner,” even though we asked about multiple different things. Laz is the man! The energy, knowledge and positivity are what makes us come back. There is so much to look at and so many gems that you can hang out for hours. We found classic records and gear you can't find anywhere else in the area.
