1 lift out all weekend,Long waits for lifts. Terrible wifi,Lady staff on checkout not helpful and rude.Said No to leaving one item of luggage,So I had to drag it around in the pouring rain while waiting for flight
Do not stay at this hotel. It used to be premium decades ago however they haven't kept up the upgrades and maintenance yet keep increasing their price. The indoor pool, spa and sauna was closed for the entirety of our weekly stay, with the only solution offered 'to get in our car and drive 4 blocks up the road to another apartment to go for a swim'. When we made a complaint about this we were given a bogus e-mail address and they ceased communication. I've had to seek legal assistance.
Well after staying at these holiday apartments with the family for over thirty years WE WILL NO LONGER BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN I have a health problem and require close access to the lifts and book my accommodation With the management to reflect this.. last year some idiot there put us in the car park the furthest from the lifts spoke to management the didn’t give a shit. Great location- not too far to walk to all restaurants, beach , public transport. Our unit was clean, ocean view, great washing machine , dryer. However Tv wouldn’t connect to HDM1- unable to contact reception as out of hours- so very unhappy! Air con wouldn’t work- batteries flat ! All in all not sure if I would return.
We stayed here at the beginning of August. Although there was construction going on around us it did not deter from the overall experience. The staff were very accomodating as we extended our stay twice and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, well maintined, had a great view of the beach and clean. We are hoping to return in 2026.
