Great tracking system and always at the end of the phone, affiliated to The Pallet Network I believe. Delivery to the Isle of Wight involved linking up with a fantastic local distributor ( A and S), so lots to get sorted. Really impressive: technology combined with friendly personal attention throughout - and they delivered two big sofa's !
