Update: Only bad thing to say is that these guys are so good it sometimes takes a bit to get in. ;) We were long time clients at a different shop until the owner retired. Then we tried another shop but after a couple of issues we started looking around. Pat and Kevin have been amazing!! They only recommend repairs you need and charge based on labor not a book price. Posting from my boyfriend’s experience. Got my fuel injectors replaced here and couldn’t be happier. Pat was upfront and honest about what was wrong, explained everything in detail, and showed me the parts after the job so I could see exactly what got fixed. Kevin handled the diagnostics — dropped it off in the morning, he ran the tests and told me what it could be, and was totally open about me getting a second opinion at Honda. These brothers are the shit. They quoted me 1/3 the dealer price to get my wheel studs replaced, kept me updated with calls on the progress, test drove it by my request to see what this weird sound was in my cabin, diagnosed it for free and fixed it for free (suspension tightening), and even let me keep the lug nuts, otherwise I’d have to get new temp ones from a random store. Can’t recommend them enough!
I’ve used 2M AutoWorks for numerous things on my Toyota 4Runner, including oil changes and lower control arm work, and I’ve always had a great experience. Pat has always been very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I’ve never felt like they were trying to rip me off or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate. They seem to know Toyotas very well, and every time I’ve brought my 4Runner in, the work has been done well and usually pretty quickly.
