I’ve used 2M AutoWorks for numerous things on my Toyota 4Runner, including oil changes and lower control arm work, and I’ve always had a great experience. Pat has always been very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I’ve never felt like they were trying to rip me off or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciate. I just recently had my subaru serviced at 2M for first time based on a great recommendation from a long time friend being new to Raleigh. Excellent, honest communication on services needed and prices. While waiting on my car several customers came into shop. Pat knew everyone by name and was courteous to everyone.
