Very good place to workout and coaches are very good in knowing what they are doing really enjoy workout here
Since coming to 2L2Q I have lost 13 pounds so far I enjoy my workout classes the coaches are very patient and encouraging so are some of the class members they also help you track your progress with Ms Laurie as your health coach they offer meal plans as well amongst other great things come join the team you will not regret it 😊😊
Quality Trainers that are knowledgeable and hold you accountable. More of an extended family than a gym.
