Received the best massage of my life at 2Hands 1heart Massage Therapy! Silvia is a wealth of knowledge and intuitively knew exactly how to get my muscles to release. Her tranquil in-home studio is also tucked along the Bow river in Cochrane creating the perfect space for self-care and connection. Highly recommend! 10/10
Sylvia provided me with a great therapeutic massage today. She was knowledgeable about the discomfort I was experiencing and knew how to treat it. I will be rebooking soon.
Silvia was amazing. I've been struggling with hypertension during pregnancy and it's partly affected by the tension I've been holding in my neck and shoulders. She was able to work all the knots out without causing any bruising or a ton of discomfort. Plus she's a real sweetheart.
