2H rescreened our cage about a year and a half ago. Recently a piece of spline came loose when the gutter was cleaned and also one of the door latches wasn't locking easily. We contacted 2H and they sent a man over the next day who fixed the screen and replaced the lock when I wasn't home. They did not even charge for this service. Amazing!
