We have reached out to this company and their employee multiple times with zero response. We have been attempting to remove them from our insurance claim for weeks so that we are able to move forward with a different company and finally get the work completed on our house after almost 2 years of "working" with 2G. Had a few wicked hail storms and were looking for a company to help us in the process of claiming a new roof and siding. 2G was just that. Justin (the public adjuster) was unbelievably helpful through the process. The insurance company was a problem at every turn, and he was patient and communicative with us as he helped with all the nuance and fine print. When we needed him, he was there.
