My experience has been plagued with delays and miscommunication since the beginning. It took four tries to get the measurements correct. I was told the job would take four days. After two weeks, the installer left to do another job and left me with windows not caulked. Most of my screens were lost and no one knows where they are. This is the worst installation I have experienced.
I had 8 windows and a slider replaced by 2FL, they did a very sloppy job on the window trim sealing,they were short a screen for the slider, they were supposed to bring us one to use till they got the right one, they never did.the slider door was installed too high and was a trip hazard, they said they would be back on 8/11/20 to redo the slider, they never came,no call no nothing, our biggest mistake was giving them the final payment, we thought we could trust them to do what was needed to make things right, they have thei... read more
