Kelon once again great maintenance guy. But I do got to say he is always working hard. Always making sure A Building is clean. I see him every morning sweeping the underground parking lot. Nina was an amazing property manager. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She always responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. Her dedication and excellent customer service truly stood out. I was living here back in 2017 and I just move in back this May 2026. The staff are welcoming and caring, among those Nina Stokes was in charge of my application and she handled the case and the moving in a professional way. So far I am enjoying my stay at the Elevate at Parkway.
