RecommendedMust stop shopping when in Sausalito! My friend and I stopped in and were blown away by the customer service. The manager was so helpful and nice. Great clothing and accessories at great prices! I bought two coats and was worried about getting them home in my luggage, but they shipped them to me and my items arrived very quickly. I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Dont SHOP HERE !!!this company treats employees horrible fires them constantly instead of training them and have private home voice cameras that are set up to the owners phone throughout the store and extremely close to dressing rooms without employees consent and this makes the employees uncomfortable the owner belittles the employees shame on you guys for firing both your employees during a global pandemic by email for no reason at all I will tell everyone… See more

Reluctantly I have to share this with you because poor customer service and poor business practice is unacceptable!! On 4/24/19 I made a purchase at 2Bella @Valencia in the patio shops. After I paid (cash) Jessica informs me that if I needed to make a return it would take up to 14 days to get my money back in the mail. I had no intention of returning my purchase...
