Great experience! Highly recommend! There was a delay with the arrival of my order due the items being on backorder, but Marcel continued to follow up with me until my order arrived. In addition, 2 stools that I had ordered were defective. However, again, the company followed through to ensure that they were replaced, and even let me keep the defective stools, which was not expected. Thanks again Marcel for all your help. It is has been a pleasure and much appreciated!

I purchased 8 outdoor dining chairs, and the entire experience was the definition of what customer service is all about. Maurice was super-responsive to my emails and questions and made me feel fully confident that everything was going to be fine. And, well, I have my chairs and they are gorgeous and comfy! Thanks so much for everything!

I recently purchased an expensive sectional from 2b mod and could not have been more pleased with the prompt and timely responses! From the moment I placed my order online, 2b mod kept me up to date on the location, and arrival of my sectional! Even though I encountered a small bump on the delivery of my sectional, 2b mod stepped in and assisted me with the freight company in setting an appointment for delivery and even followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly.
