If I could give 0 stars I would…. Working with Cody was a waste of time and money. Sure, he helped me lose some weight, but you can hire anybody to help you do that. During my sessions he was always on his phone texting his multiple girlfriends, and I later found out he was married. He used our time together to entertain other women!! He was so self centered, he is always talking about how great he is and would trash talk other trainers. My experience training and being put on a nutrition plan with Cody was not a good experience. I hardly ever got to train or work out. I had to do it alone. My results were because I stayed dedicated to myself. I also paid for everything before it was due and quickly paid it off. I was wrapping up my 1 year contract and paid a deposit to have the locked in price instead of the new prices the agreement was if you cancel he keeps the deposit which wasn’t a problem I had 9 sessions left and told him we could call it even I was d... read more

The owner Cody is a horrible person. He cheats on his wives. He was married to my cousin and cheated on her and moves from women to women. He’s a cheater, liar and never holds up his end of the deal. Don’t patronize this business go elsewhere he doesn’t deserve your hard earned money.
