Absolutely horrible customer service. I contacted them multiple times over several days with a simple question. Weeks have passed and I still don’t have the answer to my question! I would never buy from them again. I doubt they will be in business for much longer.

Excellent customer service. I have the ankle holster and it works well. I also have the shoulder holster. I like it enough, that I purchased a second one as a gift.
