Amazing experience!!! I am a beginner bike enthusiast and was very intimidated until I found 29rs Bike Shop. They walked me through everything thing!! I'm a tough customer to work with, I know; but Ross the owner disarmed me quickly and made me feel at ease with everything, and I do mean everything! Everyone was on ☝️. Thank you folks so much, you will always have my business!!
New to this area and it's great wooded paths. Smooth shifting and breaking returned with a tune-up after a year of non-use. Ross quickly made a follow-up tweak a couple of months later. Great customer service.
Best place to find unique bikes that ride as good as they look! They specialize in BMX cruisers but they can pretty much get you anything you want. They also sell unique e-bikes in addition to their regular bikes. The staff and owner Ross are super friendly, he keeps his prices as competitive as possible! I've seen him offer deals better than buying used from some Facebook marketplace reseller in some cases! I absolutely love the OW Bomma I got from them
Ross and crew were very friendly and helpful! Although I had no intentions of buying anymore parts at the time, Ross dug up the grips I was looking for. He also worked with my buddy who got multiple parts at the time. Looking forward to visiting the shop again soon!
