The building is clean, the amenities are really nice, and the maintenance team is so awesome they respond right away and they’re so nice
2929 is a great place to live and is always safe, clean, and peaceful. The office staff is very professional and kind and have great availability with being open for long hours and on the weekends.
I discovered this building in the most unexpected way. I was driving Uber for extra income while searching for a place for myself and my mom. One day I dropped someone off at 2929 N. Mayfair and honestly thought it was an office building because it was so beautiful and tucked away. I’ve been living here 5 months and I already feel like I’ll be here for an eternity. I feel like I’m at a resort. The amenities, the atmosphere, the office staff, just amazing. The fact that the office staff go out of their way to plan functions for us says it all. What landlord you know does that? Maintenance is on point. I don’t have to worry about packages because they have secured access. I could go on and on with my experience but if you’re reading this, I think you need to at least take a tour and be ready!!!
Living at 2929 on Mayfair has been great! From the very start the property manager, Dusty has been wonderful—always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with any concerns. It’s clear that they care about the residents and the overall community. The leasing agent, Rodolfo has been incredible as well. SUPER responsive and quick to answer any questions I have had so far.
