Car got towed from the Guest Lot (in which you need to register for 24 hour parking) for no reason. Didn’t answer phone during business hours on Saturday, had to do all communication with the towing company to get my car back free of charge. Just been a rough experience and they will need to fix their process for guest parking. Double and triple check before parking in the guest lot, otherwise you will wake up and your car will be gone.
My professional experience with Dusty, the property manager, was deeply disappointing. Throughout our interactions, I consistently encountered miscommunication and a lack of transparency—especially during important or sensitive discussions. I worked at this property for a year and three months, and during that time, I experienced several concerns that I feel are important to share. . Beautiful property. Pool is very well kept, and workers are very friendly.
I’ve toured 42 Hundred in the past and loved it. 2929 is closer to my work and it gives off the same, upscale vibe that I was looking for without the commute. When my lease is up in September, I’ll be renting.
