Also to top it off I went put side to get my vehicle thinking it was ready no it wasn't. And the the that had my vehicle couldn't explain if he was finish or not. And the cashier lady was being extremely loud her and fellow she was working with like. What kind car wash is this hang out be loud and rude while customer in the building . This car wash was very unprofessional today really a loss for words
What really is unprofessional the 2 Hispanic men that was sitting in the lobby playing his phone loud over the TV in the room after. I spent the money I spent was just plain out rude. And the work for 2920 car in the oil change department. Like seriously no respect for the customer trying to watch TV while waiting on my vehicle was really rude. And other staff walking in hold a whole conversation while customer trying to watch TV while waiting on our vehicle just plain out rude.
Called manager about damage.... very rude to me. Unprofessional customer service. Staff deny the damage the second it happened. They shield the manager with Excuses
Very poor service trying to get oil changed. They didn’t have correct socket to remove oil filter after draining oil and manager arguing who was going to buy socket.I waited over a hour and guy came back with wrong size. They thought I should pay for service that never was finished
If I could rate this at 0 stars, I would. You need to charge what you have on your board and what you quote your customers. I always come here for detail and I feel ripped off and we are highly upset about it. Upon arriving, my husband and I wanted the the premium package and an oil change. We were quoted $104.95 for the wash/detail and $45.99 *special* . My husband asked about wax/buff... which on the sign it says express wax. We were then quoted $250!!! I’ve visited this business a few times over the years, and each time have sworn I’ll never return. I have returned out of convenience though, it no more, as there are two new car washes (Quick Quck and WetZone) nearby. The first big strike against them was when I got the full wash and cleaning. When the two ladies were drying and finishing off my car and lotion me over, I checked out the exterior and glanced at the interior. Took my car in for full service such as Oil Change,Transmission Flush,Air Filter and Power Steering fluid replaced. The following day of the service the transmission on the vehicle broke on me. I called them back and they basically told me that since my vehicle had more than 200000 miles on it that it probably wouldn't take the pressure of the flush on the transmission. They should of told me this before performing the flush. They said sorry nothing we can do.
