Just as others have stated, my $62 hitch lock was cut off and my boat was moved. I received an email stating that it had to be moved by 31 Dec. I showed up a day earlier and it was already moved. Had they needed it to be moved sooner, I would have, but the email says no later than the 31st. I started getting emails mid Dec. that other locks had been cut, but thought that those probably were past their nlt date. Maybe I should have checked, but why.....mine was nlt the 31st. I’ve been a customer almost since day one, and this facility is by far the best I’ve ever kept my trailers at! Do you research and you will see that they have everything you need. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hands-down the best Customer service you could have !
David is great! Lots of work going on here they are expanding. Prices are reasonable. Will have dump station and a wash station. Lots of covers spots too. Tons of camera and keypad controlled security gate.
On December 18th we received an email that we needed to move our property by December 31st to another slot. Within one hour THAT SAME DAY, we went over to move our trailer and camper. We got there to find that both my hitch lock and snake lock were cut/ground off and our trailer was already moved. Thereby leaving my trailer and spare tire unsecured.
