It’s been 15years since I was a member here!! Still reminisce on the late nights before deployment! Great local gym, nice equipment, fair prices!
Basic no frills gym. Very affordable. $5 cash for gym day pass and shower, great to have close by while we were in the area in our RV.
24 hours...steam..sauna..hot.. Typical gym...crowded...around 1600 to 1900...7pm...ez parking..workout..fast food nearby
The facilities are great. Overall great quality equipment. The guy at the front desk is really weird. He comes across as very abrasive and makes women uncomfortable by being overly nice by giving free entry to females/ way too friendly for comfort.
Great place to work out chilled and no one is judging you.
