Johnsie was incredible!! She was kind, remembered and repeated my name through out the visit, and knew the details of each unit!! As a realtor, I will definitely be suggesting this complex to clients and friends that are leasing.
Do Not Recommend!!! I have been her for years, 3 or 4 different management companies and so many managers I could not keep up. There never is a heaps up about management switch until the day of. And with new management comes new rules. Our rent has increased tremendously ($700 since we moved in) while the conditions have deteriorated. After a pipe repairs they did not repair the walls all the way there is mold growing on the walls and gaps where roaches come in through. The last year it seems to be a roach infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE! my move in experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. I was hoping it would get better. I had to constantly follow up on my application. The day they told me the apt would be ready- it wasn’t. I was told to come back twice on move in day because the cleaning people had not arrived yet. They gave me the keys but I couldn’t still move in til the next day. I asked for the one day to be credited to my account. The leasing agent said no because I accepted the keys. Loved this place when I moved in 2021, in 2022 a new management company took over and made it a living hell. They don’t care about their tenants and they care more about making the property seem pleasant than making it pleasant. Cars have driven through breeze ways - an off leash dog attacked a woman and the apartment didn’t say a word, dog was taken by police and then back the next week - management will tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of the office - parcel lockers never work - valet trash shows up when ... read more
I literally stayed here only one YEAR of my lease. My unit was infested with Roaches! Not even the water bug ones. I spent so much money on my own pest management, because whatever the apartment pest control company was using wasn’t working. They wouldn’t allow me to break my lease, but offered me a different unit. Which I feel the whole apartment was infested. I was so glad when my lease was up. Outside of the upgraded apartment, you WILL have a lot of roaches and for what the rent is going for it’s not worth it.
