Absolutely do not recommend this place! My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and only focused on making money: • They do not respond to my emails in writing, and complaints are completely ignored. • They entered my apartment without notice while I was asleep – a serious violation of privacy and safety. • Just 3 days after I moved in, my apartment was flooded. He was extremely friendly extremely time oriented. He told me that he was gonna be here at nine. He showed up at 8:58 ready to work. He had a really nice conversation his explanations as to what was going on with my AC, very simplistic and very understandable. He reassured me that if I had any issues to not hesitate to put it in another maintenance call and he would be back if I needed he explained was certain parts were he explained how certain parts work he was really nice to my kids. New management took over in July, requiring us to set up our auto pay for rent within their system. Upon doing so, we received a confirmation text saying things were good to go. To our surprise, a few weeks later, we received an eviction notice due to rent not being paid. Not a single bit of communication from management about the mishap, just straight to eviction. Johnsie was incredible!! She was kind, remembered and repeated my name through out the visit, and knew the details of each unit!! As a realtor, I will definitely be suggesting this complex to clients and friends that are leasing.
Do Not Recommend!!! I have been her for years, 3 or 4 different management companies and so many managers I could not keep up. There never is a heaps up about management switch until the day of. And with new management comes new rules. Our rent has increased tremendously ($700 since we moved in) while the conditions have deteriorated. After a pipe repairs they did not repair the walls all the way there is mold growing on the walls and gaps where roaches come in through. The last year it seems to be a roach infestation.
