It is riddled with false advertisements: -This is not a gated Community, the front gate will never close - December 2025 edit: The gates still don't work and now the side gate has been broken for over a month now it is stuck open. - March 2026 edit front gate works now, 10/12 of my months living here it was not a gated community -The pool is not year round as advertised, new management took over and closed it in August stating it needed to be cleaned and nev... read more
I want to start by saying that the original management team when we first moved in was amazing. They were kind, professional, and truly did their jobs properly. We had a very positive experience at the beginning. Unfortunately, after they left and the management changed multiple times (at least two or three times), everything went downhill. Absolutely do not recommend this place! My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and only focused on making money: • They do not respond to my emails in writing, and complaints are completely ignored. • They entered my apartment without notice while I was asleep – a serious violation of privacy and safety. • Just 3 days after I moved in, my apartment was flooded. I'd like to express my appreciation for the staff at 2950! I've lived in several different communities across the DFW and this is at the top of my list. Initially, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. From a house in Oregon, back to apartment living in Texas...and we are so happy we moved into 2950. The staff is so kind, patient, understanding, competent, efficient, caring, generous, and genuine. Alisson, Paige, and Victor have all made sure we feel safe and welcome here. Maintenance is stellar! Mario came in today and he was considerate, professional, and quick.
