Clear and upfront pricing, decent amenities, the mid-renovation units are solid for the price and area. Alisson was very kind and answered all my questions!
One picture is through my window and the other right outside. Love having the water view. You can see the turtles, ducks and sometimes the fish. Been here for almost a year now . Management has been kind and helpful. Especially with my move-in process. They were very patient with me and help me with what I need to get done to get moved in. Maintenance request are always done ASAP. Even called the emergency maintenance line because it was late at night and they called me right back within 5mins and help me with my problem. ... read more
Your representative Allison is AWESOME! I appreciated the time that she took to show me the apartment and she had a very positive attitude throughout the whole inquiry. She even helped me with processing my on-line application! 👍
