Got a ticket for no insurance, showed six months prepaid coverage, paid all fees, and still my plate’s on hold. Court asked if I wanted court but wouldn’t drop it. Definitely a comedy of errors… or just a clever way to make extra money!

Very unprofessional at the front desk. Turned me away for court because of improper attire. No big deal. HOWEVER, I told them I was homeless and do not have proper clothes, and asked to reschedule. I asked for resources for pants, and asked to speak to someone else because they were rude. They spoke to “the judges assistant” and came back. Wendy at the front desk was immediately judgmental and was making sarcastic comments, so I got upset too. Justice is not blind at this court. They take corporations words without evidence while the plaintiff submitted evidence to the contrary. Do not do business in Southgate in case there is a dispute over a product or service. You will not win or be given equal justice under the law and this court will side with the corporation and businesses. Even if the product is dangerous to the user. They protect corporations.
