Terrible, awful website. You can’t pull up your specific ticket, and it doesn’t tell you anywhere how much you owe. This place is clearly trying to scam people into paying more than they actually owe.
Very unprofessional and unethical Rude and very disrespectful traffic department old lady on phone if you dont like your job quit!! dont be rude to people only city that gave me problems is southgate all the cities12 of them were happy i paid traffic ticket for no proof of insurance and dropped off my record right away she called me back and said she can cancel the payment if she wants and refund me doesnt seem right at all the ticket was paid so by law it should be dropped offf my driving record like all the cities told me ... read more
