This dealership service department is the worst. Their lack of communication, disorderly staff and lack of professionalism are obvious. Our 2024 diesel Chevrolet was towed to Volume Chevrolet on Feb. 18, 2024 due to a transmission failure. The Service Manager stated that it would take 3 weeks to get the transmission and install it. It’s now April 13, 2025 and no one has given us a call to update us on the status of the truck. We have called many times and were told that the service manager no longer works there. My salesman was awesome but this dealership's management and service department are a joke. It took them a month to "fix" some minor paint issues. Get it back and couldn't lock my doors with the key fob. They said they needed to replace a part. Of course they don't call to tell me the part came in. I had to call 2 weeks later. Schedule an appointment for the work, get there and they don't know why the appointment was scheduled because the guy wasn't there. Schedule it again, get the issue resolved and find they scratched up ... read more
I was unaware of the the service by appointment, however Kasey Hall took me in and took care of me. He had me in and out within 30 minutes. Kasey was very polite and very respectful. A+++++
