The Services Advisory’s do a great job in helping the customers but the guys that work on your vehicle sometimes don’t have a clue
Everything was handled online, from Torrey showing me pictures, to the financing. Couldn't have been easier. And, my new 2027 Chevrolet Equinox, Midnight Edition, was delivered to my home as well! Thanks Volume Chevrolet! Y'all go see Torrey!
they suck literally took almost two hours just for a oil change and the last time they changed my oil they didn’t even reset the computer
We had a great experience with Stephanie in service and the service team. We were in a tight spot when our Silverado High Country 2500 “Fuel pump modular” ( so I’ve been told) died on I 75 with travel trailer hitched to the back. Volume got right back to us on Sunday and we were back up Monday at noon and on our why home. BIG SHOUT OUT TO STEPHANIE WHO KEPT THE BALL ROLLING ~ Joan & Larry DeVault
