I took my 2000 mustang gt to get the engine completely restored. He kept for 2 years with no updates. When I was finally over it I asked for it back I had 8,000.00 credit and that’s how much he charged me to install back, after I paid 12,000.00 for the rebuilt engine. Was searching the internet trying to find out if these new laws mean that I can go ahead and throw these parts on that Cali has currently dubbed "illegal", and not getting much detail so I thought I would call around and ask someone and if what it appears to be is correct then I was gonna make an appointment and have about $30k'ish worth of work done. After owning my 06 Saleen S281 for 2 years and not knowing if the supercharger had ever been serviced, my gut told me I had better get it checked out. I'm sure glad I did as the guys at 281 Motorsports found a leaky intercooler and bearing seals. They got it all fixed up for me in a couple days and shipped back out. Surely they should be everyone's go to for supercharger services. I look forward to enjoying my Mustang this summer with peace of mind!
Took my 1998 mustang svt cobra into this shop 281 motorsports. Came in having an idling surge problem which my car has been having an issue for some time. Jason who i spoke with and met in person, very honest person and gets to the point on the issue of my vehicle. Had his mechanics run full diagnostics and pointed out the exact problem my car had and took care of it. Also found a few more problems which he let me know, and had him take care of it.
