I went here to purchase an item from a young lady who had a space rented there.
Be aware this is a robot location only. There is no live person to help you here. That being said, If you fully check in the comfort and leisure of your home then it could be an ok experience. However if you show up without having uploaded your drivers license and downloaded the app, you will be hunched over your cellphone for 45 minutes. Terrible location. Avoid this business if you value your time and money. Ordered a U-Haul and arrived to find that the reservation wasn’t activated. Went home, spoke to U-Haul and U-Haul was able to fix the reservation. I drove back to the location and entered my care number and uploaded my DL photos and opened the combo lock to find an empty box with no key. This location is HORRIBLE! They are extremely disorganized. We did a mobile pick up... wanted to get our truck at 7:30 and when we arrived to pick up our truck it was not set to mobile pick up so we wasted 30 minutes talking to customer service to get them to set it to mobile pick up. Once we went through everything in the app they gave us a code for the key and the key WAS NOT IN THE BOX!!!! It was open and empty.
