I had terrible customer service here. My car was not ready on time and I had to take it back 2 times after that I ended up going elsewhere and it was fixed In an hour. Needless to say I won't return to 280 auto service!
My father recommended Bruce to me because of the excellent results he got on brake work. Since then I've had Bruce work on my vehicle several times and each time he did a great job. He always treats you fairly and his prices are significantly less than the dealer. He does not use cheap parts either... typically OEM parts exclusively. I would and have recommended Bruce to friends needing car repairs.
Bruce treats you very fairly and does not try to sell you uneccesary repairs. He fixes the problem quickly with quality parts for a reasonable price.
Highly recommended auto service! Bruce was very knowledgable and able to diagnose the problem quickly. The work was also done quickly at a fair price, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We will definitely be returning for future needs. We have finally found a good mechanic we can trust! Great customer service and honest quality work!!

I feel comfortable taking my car to Hwy 280 Auto. They are honest, have integrity and I always feel that they will do the right thing by me and never try to sell me something that wasn't absolutely necessary.
Fast, friendly, courteous, listens to you before speaking / reacting. Very helpful and knowledgable. More courteous and helpful than most big three/factory shops. I highly recommend for brakes and engine work.
