RecommendedI can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Jay, Dr. Sarah and the rest of the team. Their location isn’t the most convenient to my house but I will drive the extra miles to get the care they provide. I will not take any of my dogs (or future dogs) anywhere else. They are truly saints among men.
the doctors and nurses are great. they really care about their patients and their owners. they saved my wife's cat Smokey a few years back when most vets probably would have put him to sleep. but recently the scheduling and communication has been terrible. I've heard other pet owners also complain about the communication department. Our first couple of visits were wonderful. Dr. Jay was very thorough. I called two weeks ago to see about getting a flea pill for our Yorkie. He has not been on flea pills because of seizures. Our lab is on flea pills and have no fleas. I believe at this point the benefits of the flea pills outweighs the risks of the seizures. My wife called up there to inquire, and the receptionist would not let her talk to any doctor and insisted we treat our yard. Dr. Jay saw our blind and deaf boy, Justice, this weekend. Not only is he a thorough vet, he teaches the owners exactly what and why he does everything during the exam. I appreciate transparency! The staff is phenomenally sweet and professional. I would highly recommend their practice to every one!
This used to be a great place but now I cannot get anyone from there to return my calls! That's bad customer service.

Yesterday, we used your facility for the first time. We were so impressed with the care and love our Max got from all of you. Thank you all for the great care not only for our fur babies but for us too!!
They are so caring and nice. I took my second dog in today for shots and had a few questions I wanted answers to. The vet tech took my questions to the vet then came back out and explained the answers to me even though they were written down. Later tonight we noticed our dog was not her normal self. So, we called the urgent care number expecting to leave a message but instead got a vet and explained what was going on with her and gave us recommendations. Highly recommend.😀😀😀
I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys and the wonderful care they give to both your animal and you. If you are looking for a vet that cares deeply, this is the place for you and your animal!
