This was the only place I could find to accept my insurance so I went, and it was an experience. The glasses they had for customers to pick from were dusty and smelly, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. So there was no way I was trying them on my face. I was referred to give them a call due to insurance and was told “I need to call back Wednesday between 10-12pm”. I called them today Wednesday 4/15/2026 at 3:40pm. Why would I wait a whole week to schedule an appointment 😒. I will not be doing that.
