The management here is trash. I did have a 5 star review here until I moved out. I am in the apartment industry and I have NEVER seen a water bill so hard to remove from your name or such an unprofessional process for doing so. I moved out 3 months ago and the bill is still in my name as of today. I have 2 past due bills in my name, I've been getting the emails.
