Apparently administration at this complex protects irresponsible pet owners. A woman and her dog was recently attacked by a resident and rather than assist, he flipped her the bird and went on his way, leaving her and her dog bleeding. He is a resident of this building with 4 dogs. He is apparently a known problem person but the complex will not do anything to protect other residents. I’d highly advise not leasing from this place. Hopefully someone knows who this man is and hold him accountable. Injuries looked pretty bad.
I lived here for 2.5 years. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 strictly because the maintenance team was great. They were responsive, respectful, and the only consistently positive part of living here. Management is the problem. Alex (assistant manager) has zero sense of professionalism or basic respect. Interactions with him felt dismissive at best and hostile at worst. Latisha and Gwen are hands down the worst property managers I have ever experienced. Beyond rude people with zero customer service. They do not care for the residents or anyone’s safety. They gaslight you constantly. DO NOT LIVE HERE. To top it off, everything is always broken (garage doors, elevators, letting homeless into stairwells, etc).
Not recommended. Security around this building is terrible, and the leasing office workers do not care about the safety of the residents. There is a large problem with garage doors not working, doors not working, etc. and as such people breaking into the garages and cars. Additionally, I've had my dog attacked by someone's guest on the property I've discussed the above with the leasing office, and they refuse to help - in fact they defer responsibility and blame the residents for letting things like this happen.
