Lived here for 4 years; Latisha was wonderful while I was there and even helpful after I moved out with a few questions. She really cares about the people and the community!
They will be nice to you just to make you feel like that is the place that you want to live but, they are no good. Management is bad and they will lied about everything. Make sure to take pictures and videos of everything leaving that place they will try to charge you for everything. I got my stuff robbed from their parking space twice, just 4 months into my lease, my motorcycle and bike first and then all my work tools. The garage doors are always open so anybody can go in and do anything. Cleaning is fine but not the best.... read more
Living here for over two years and it's quickly going down hill. The elevator in building A has been down since March and they keep saying they are waiting for a vendor, but how do other buildings fix theirs right away? And stop saying the service elevator is still operational - it's on the other side of the building. It's impossible for people to carry up packages and groceries. Yea this place was cool at first.. THEY CAPITALIZE ON EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING.. make sure you take video and pictures of your apt.. make sure you check the whirlpool microwave trim for cracks while you're living there.. apparently this happens to whirlpool microwaves every 2 years so they know what they are doing.. They save ALOT of money upgrading appliances.. the indoor parking leaks salt water all over your vehicles cracks everywhere. This past March I moved into 2785 Speer Apartments. To date, I would never recommend this property to future prospects. I chose this property based on the neighborhood, view, floor plan and what I thought was going to be a responsive on site leasing staff. My view is of downtown Denver with 3 tennis shoe marks on windows which don’t looked like they’ve been cleaned since installation. I was told sometime in the future they were scheduled for cleaning.
