So far I have been very disappointed. 3 or 4 phone calls were answered promptly and professionally, or so I thought. No one showed for the scheduled appointment and the prompt phone attention has disappeared. This must be an untrained individual that doesn’t understand business. Probably worked at a car wash and thought that just washing vehicles was enough knowledge. Businesses require customer service.
