DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jerald spent hours measuring and calling to estimate materials onsite to prepare his quote for running electric to the back of my property. I agreed to the price, and paid him $2,600 of the agreed $3k up front. He came twice with a helper and has FAILED to run any wires. It's been weeks of excuses, agreed to times and no-shows, and then NOW he's telling me he made a mistake and needs $1k MORE for his mistake!!! I am out thousands and have nothing to show for it! The tech was polite, and nice. He came in and removed the old fan. Replaced it with the new fan in record time. The fan wasn’t the one I chose from the options I was giving. But it’s fine , it will do.
