Not clean!! There was dried up contacts on the bathroom floor in 2 of the bathrooms which shows me nobody bothered to sweep or mop. The sides of the hallways are dusty. We were super excited there was a jacuzzi in the master room but when my husband turned the jets on TONS of black mold and hair came out. We are extremely disappointed with our stay. AND THEY WATERED DOWN THE SOAP. During covid. The soap in all bathrooms and kitchen were not even useable because it was 80% water. SO CHEAP. Hairs everywhere… I brought my 6 mon... read more
Beautiful home lots of room. A few things weren't as clean as they should be at the price we paid, overall I would stay again.
To Whom This May Conern: Thank you for your email concerning the "Luxury" rental in Sunriver Oregon. To begin the word "luxury" means: "a state of great comfort and extravagant living", which this rental is NOT. When we entered the home on Saturday, August 14th, 2021, the thermostat read 85 degrees, then to read on the thermostat that this "Luxury" rental does not include air conditioning, was very disheartening.
