I cannot say enough positive things about 27 Contracting! They're a locally owned, family owned business who does it all. They took my vision for a built-in cottage in our child's room and brought it to life! It is everything I could have dreamed of and more, and it was built with such love and intention. Terrific communications, great web site infrastructure to review jobs, execute payment and communicate with the team. Super fast turn around on the job. The company specializes in post home inspections repairs. They know how home inspectors operate and work directly with all parties involved to solve all the issues AND they provide a warranty on their jobs. Not only do I highly recommend, but will certainly work with them again.
Richard is organized, communicative, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
