The following is my opinion only: My wife and I lived at 266 Lofts for almost seven years. During that time (and especially since RPM took over) we had significant issues with communication with the staff, trash and a lack of maintenance/cleaning in the halls, security gates and doors being broken (one door for more than a year despite multiple emails), an overflowing dumpster, and significant security and cleanliness issues at the pool and elsewhere on the property. This is an HONEST review. I have been living here since December 2023 and nothing has gotten better. All of these 5 star reviews in the past month have me extremely confused when it has only gotten worse since I moved in and most tenants will agree. Looking at an apartment is different than actually living so having possible tenants leave reviews to boost the score seems manipulative.
