I’ve been living in this building for almost six years: I love it here. The ceilings are higher than 8 feet, hardwood flooring, and winter’s are warm:) Best yet, the superintendent of this building is a responsible family man, trustworthy, and thoughtful. I’ve, on occasion, needed special requests and he has always accommodated me thoughtfully. Also, holidays are paid special attention in the building with beautiful holiday decorations. So grateful for the care I get in this building 👍.
Franklin Ave is a great place to live. Ridgewood us a wonderful town, and the walkable shopping offers anything you need. The building is well maintained and clean. The landscape is always fresh. The Super is amazing. Michael always calls back, and repairs are done in a timely manner with good workmanship. I had a sink replaced in -1 day, and a new microwave replaced in 2 days. Plumbers and Electricians are sent when needed. This is a great place to live.
