Purchased a vehicle mid June. Was charged $4900 for an extended warranty which was added on to my loan and funded 100% by the bank . Fast forward to over 2 months later after bringing this to their attention at the beginning of July...... They never purchased the extended warranty!. This place is the worst place to buy a car they are crooked, I got my car from them at night, I didn’t get a chance to test drive or even walk around the car which I believe is my fault, scratches all over the car, I went to check my tires and they are all bad 4 different tires on the car. I called the manager like 30 times and all they do is transfer me to him and to no avail I never get him, avoid this place please I beg you please??
