We recently had our AC unit replaced by 26 Degree, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Brandon was professional throughout the entire process. Communication was great—appointments were confirmed in advance, and he always showed up on time. Dan was my tech and he was excellent as usual. I called after his visit to do AC regular maintenance to request him as my regular tech because he is thorough, timely and gives great customer service. Dan is a wonderful representative of Degree Heating and Cooling.
I can't say enough about the 26 Degree team. I had to have my AC system replaced and Brandon did a fantastic job recommending a system and had the installation done by early afternoon. Elyse was awesome about the scheduling and walking me through the quote - refreshingly friendly. Truly an awesome, honest family business. I would highly recommend!
