TERRIBLE customer service. My storage unit has been locked for 2 months because the battery died on the lock on the unit. We had to buy another storage unit just to finish putting away our stuff. They told us 2 months ago they would get it fixed and it is still not working. They do not answer the phone either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
