I have worked in offices for 20 years in Sydney and Melbourne (and NYC, London, Singapore, Hong Kong) and this is the only "bad" office building I have ever worked in. I am astonished by the good reviews. Do yourself a favour and choose ANY other office building in your budget if possible. Memocorp clearly do not care about their tenants and obviously run an extremely tight budget.
