I was a little nervous but my daughter told me about it, she's done it a few times. Well i tried it and it was great different it is very cold but i was so accelerated and had so much energy loved the experience will be doing it again. P.S. my knee didn't hurt for the next 24 hours.

absolutely love it!!! I've made cryotherapy a normal part of my fitness routine for the past 2 years. Regularly getting treatment 3-5 times per week. 256 below is by far and away the best. The best machines and friendly staff! 5 STARS!!!
