I cracked my phone back in July '15 and the screen just started lifting the other day. I called and was told they would probably use an adhesive to put the screen back down, but if it needed another screen I'd have to pay as it wasn't under warranty. So I took it today and they gave me a new screen at no cost as it was in great condition other than the lifting. Absolutely great customer service.
