This is the worst place to live in the world. You’re better off being homeless than living here. Don’t fall for all of the BS stuff they have up saying this place is the “best place to live.” My apartment floods every time it rains. Horrible, do not move here. Everything’s always broken. Water shut off once a week. Just had pest control walk in while I’m in the shower with no notice. Just found this on my kitchen table. I’m naked! This is scary I feel so unsafe here. Water is off again today. No notice or warning. Can’t make breakfast can’t shower or brush my teeth.
Emily is amazing when it comes to handling any of your Maintance needs. She always follows up to make sure my request have been completed, follows up on things and is extremely kind and helpful. Stephen in the office is very quick to reply to all inquiry's. Pool is wonderful and the space is very nice. The only downfall is not being able to control your own heat/air-conditioning and other people’s animals going to the bathroom in the elevator or common areas and hidden fees. Current resident of this utter hell hole. Should've known day one that we were in for a nightmare situation. Unit was a filthy disaster the day we moved in and took a week for anyone to address any of those issues. Washing machine had to be replaced (again took a week) and when that finally happened they flooded our apartment. We've totally given up on our closet doors that keep falling off because they don't care enough to replace the track.
