I love living at 251 Dekalb. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, the maintenance team always comes in a timely fashion and fixes the problem. All of the maintenance guys are very nice as well. I also love the fact that we have a front gate, which makes me feel safer. It’s a great place to live.
This is not a properly managed property. I was a resident for 2+ years and the previous management company was better than Lindy. Since Lindy took over, they changed payment systems and didn't inform us, so late charges had to be paid. There was a hit and run on my parked car and they wouldn't pull video to help file a report. And read the lease carefully, they charged us a penalty because I didn't inform them beyond the 60 day term... when in fact I called the office in advance, left a message, and didn't get a call back. They make you enter a code to get in and sometimes it's not right and then I have to park my car far away and walk with groceries and sometimes for people who don't tip much. Even the people who live here think it's stupid. Please fix this.
