I am a current resident at 251 Dekalb and living here is more trouble than its worth. There are persistent water service disruptions due to "maintenance", elevators that stop working randomly, bugs, and never enough parking. While the leasing office staff is nice, there are too many inconveniences to warrant living here comfortably. I cannot stress this enough, too many...water service shut offs. Please fix whatever issues there are.
Meeting Mecca Holloway was a wonderful experience. She leads with professionalism, respect, and genuine care for both her staff and residents. She’s the definition of going above and beyond in a work place.
We loved what we saw. Me & my roommate had a tour and couldn’t say enough good things. Shoutout to our tour guide Krystle also, she was very helpful and bought great energy throughout the whole tour!
