This community, its system, and the management operate dishonestly. Unauthorized charges appear on bills for things like insurance and pool guests, with no accountability or explanation. Who knows what else may come in the future. It feels like a new method of fraud.
If I could give it 6 stars I would, I’m very pleased with 251. From the staff which they are always pleasant and ready to assist you in any on going issues you may with a smile which is rare and I have to say hurrah for the maintenance team always there when you need them and do the job either big or small they take care of it with urgency. The property stays clean and it’s always a pleasure being here. Peace
I moved in about a month ago and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The community is well-managed and the staff are patient and responsive. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved by the next day. The neighbors are also very friendly, which makes the community feel welcoming and safe.
I live here for a really long time and I enjoy a lot. My son was born here so I have really nice memories here. The maintenance are doing a great job when something needs to be fixed in the apartment. The pool is great, the size of the apartment is amazing, I think you can't find this type of layout anywhere, one of the reason while I am still here after 7 years. As in any complex sometimes there are also downs, but overall I really enjoy it here and I will miss this place when I need to move (my son already said that)!
I would like give 1/2 star rating but there is no option here unfortunately. This apartment maintenance is too bad and they don’t even respond properly on issues reported.
