The building has some surface appeal (beautiful lobby, pool, and views) and the staff here are generally on top of things and nice to work with, but unfortunately that doesn’t reflect the everyday experience. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with disgusting mice issues, constant broken amenities (like the treadmill), frequent cleanliness problems in common areas (including pet messes in elevators), and constant noise and chaos from unmonitored children at all hours of the day. They will tow your car from the private lot even though it’s absolutely unnecessary to make some extra cash. Predatory behaviour.
Would give zero stars if I could. This place does not care about you or your pets. The staff doesn't care and the property just wants your money. You will for sure have a bad experience. Roaches and tics are bad as well.
Yesterday, Kayla, from the PM team, was sent to caulk my recently re-glazed tub. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, fixing my issue in less than 5 minutes. Kayla is a gem! Please make sure she knows this!
