The last positive review is misleading. This building feels more like a dorm than a residential apartment. The walls are extremely thin and I can hear my neighbors when they’re loud, and even building machinery noise comes straight into the apartment. There are clear material quality issues, with almost no soundproofing. Reaching the doorman is nearly impossible. They don’t answer the phone, so you have to go downstairs every time. Lived here for a couple years. Everyone from the doormen, porters, and office staff were super helpful. Some examples: - When we moved in, they had all our pre-shipped furniture ready to go on a trolley cart. - Maintenance requests were promptly addressed. - All the logistics of hosting a party in the lounge were handled smoothly. - The trash rooms feel like they're always clean and emptied frequently. - Never had an issue getting my packages.
