Very nice place. Having downsized from a house to 2 BD apartment was challenge but nice to get updated décor plus central location.
I’ve lived at this complex for over 8 months now. My experience thus far has been 10’s across the board! Staff, property/unit maintenance, amenities, all of it is amazing! HOWEVER, the parking situation is frustrating and I’m acknowledging it in this review so those who are considering the property can make a truly educated decision. To pay $90 a month for just surface parking, and there not be adequate space is pretty insane. There are way too many “compact” vehicle spots and the compact vehicles don’t even park in them. I absolutely love living at 2501 Beacon Hill! I’ve been here for a while now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, they always make you feel welcome and valued as a resident. Any time we submit a maintenance request, the team responds very quickly and resolves the issue right away, which gives us so much peace of mind.
