This community is STUNNING. The coffee shop inside the building is just chefs kiss. Natalie the manager is so sweet and always takes care of any issues that arise, and Byron the maintenance guy is top notch! The customer service is beyond amazing.
Moved to Florida for work but if I ever move back to KC I’m moving back in these apartments! Gavin and everyone in management are always super nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My unit had city views which were breathtaking both during sunrise and sunset. And the fact that there is a coffee right downstairs…
Parking lot is always packed and it’s hard to find parking spots for non-compact vehicles. I didn’t have a problem with this until I got 9x4 sticker tickets on my driver’s window(which obstructed my view) for parking over the line. I looked up how to remove the sticker and they are intended to be difficult to remove. I’m disappointed about the inconvenience of these parking tactics, a paper ticket would have been a sufficient warning.
