Thought this would be a nice place . Until I realized the lady in 1015 holds a roller derby 7 days out of the week unfortunately I’m below her. Have been ignored by management. Make sure u check to see who’s above you before selecting unit !
Absolutely, one of THE best for sure
When I first moved in back in 2024 I wouldn’t have recommended this place to anyone. A few months in a new property manager and leasing agent (Kelsey &Kelsie) came in and man did it change. Not a single complaint on my end since they joined. Any issue I’ve had was handled almost immediately. BEFORE it took weeks of begging and following up to even get a response.. Be aware of the property management company for this apartment complex. They’re not willing to work with the customers. If you have a maintenance issue, it takes days to get it resolved and plan on jumping through hoops.
I have lived at 250 for 3 years and I have been extremely satisfied with all of the staff! Leasing office girls are great! Maintenance team is awesome as well! And very friendly
