I was in town for the day and needed a last minute gift. Ms. Winona was so friendly and helpful and I ended up finding the perfect necklace. I highly recommend stopping in and we will definitely be back the next time we're in town.
Staff very kind however manager/owner has no sense of respect and is very rude to costumers
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this store. A middle-aged man wearing a blue shirt (I believe he was the manager or owner) helped me. I simply showed him a photo of a ring and asked about it. The photo showed a promotional price from another store. Instead of answering politely, he said, “It’s not $27 here like in your picture. My husband and I love this store. They carry the Brighton jewelry line and I have collected many pieces over the years. Great shopping for other gifts as well. Terrific customer service. Cindy in the Lake George outlet was wonderful!
