Its true, they ARE very RUDE. belittles the customer. We paid so much for our system and wanted to give them more business so that we can upgrade but they refused. I mean flat out refused my business because I was acting like a customer. STAY AWAY from this business. Horrible.

You know that Monty Python sketch "the argument"? This is it in real life! You have to go there and experience this guy: The sales manager of the store is extremely rude and insulting to customers. I went in there looking to buy a system. The guy immediately insisted on belittling me in his attempts to show he was the authority and I was an idiot. I did my best not to walk out on the spot, figuring that he's been off his meds or something. What a horrible experience. Don't trust the 5 star ratings here...

I stopped by the store and had a great experience with the salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful.He really took the time to find out what I wanted.Gave me a very good explanation of how the stuff worked. I feel good about my purchase at this store and would recommend this store to anyone looking for home protection and security items to check this place out .

This place is terrible!!!!!! I would never recommend anyone to go here. The owner helped me look at some of the products at the store. I just felt like he was trying to play on my emotions.....great sales man but I am smarter than that. I went with another place and I am sooooooo happy. Also i used their bathroom and OMG! it is disgusting, I would think that a bussiness like this could at least keep their bathroom clean. the employees look like they are stressed out, maybe because the place is sooooooooo empty with no custom... read more

I drive by this store everyday on my way to and from work. One day I stuck in traffic I pulled in just to see what they had. What I found was a really awesome store with all this protection stuff. I ended up buy several things like a mailbox and, a voice alert thing and some mace for my mother and siters. If you want to protect your home and family this is your store. -Mark in Federal Way
